1) Do not return used and/or unopened products.
2) Returns are made within 14 days from the delivery date stated by the delivery company according to the following conditions:
If you receive a damaged or wrong order and wish to exchange it, it is our responsibility to deliver it free of charge.
If you receive a damaged or wrong order and wish to refund it, it is our responsibility to return the amount to your bank account
In case you order a wrong product and want to exchange or refund, we cannot do anything in this case, no exchange or refund.
We do not exchange or return any product that does not suit your skin or hair type.
