FAQ about Shea Mask/Maya Mask

Q1: What is hair porosity?
Answer: Porosity is your hair's ability to absorb and retain moisture. It affects how well oils and moisture pass in and out of the cuticle (the outer layer of your hair).

Q2: Why are your masks oil-based and not cream-based?
Answer: Since our masks are rich in natural oils, but there is no need to worry, they fall out easily from the hair once you wash your hair with water.

Q3: How long should I keep the masks on my hair?
Answer: It is best to leave it for a maximum of two hours.

Q4: Can I sleep with the hair mask on?
Answer: This is not recommended because it is very concentrated, and it is best to wash it off within two hours maximum.

Q5: Does it suit any hair type?
Answer: Yes, the Shea mask is used for high-porosity hair, and the Maya hair mask is used for low-porosity hair
